Respectful contact
The monks are not hired staff. They are spiritual teachers fulfilling their duty. Approach them with humility and respect. Because monks may be very busy, list multiple meditation questions together rather than sending repeated messages or calls.

After purchase, you have permanent access to the listed monks' numbers. Any new monks added later are included at no additional cost.
Refund policy
Refunds are only given if you provide valid proof that a monk directly refused to help after you contacted them respectfully.
Valid proof may include a recording of the phone conversation, written confirmation such as WhatsApp/SMS showing refusal, or other verifiable evidence.
Refunds are not given for delayed replies, personal dissatisfaction with advice, or general unavailability such as a monk traveling or being busy.
